The 33rd annual RAMMY Awards took place on Sunday, celebrating the best and tastiest that the Washington area has to offer. The awards itself are your typical affair, but give a chef a microphone and a stage you're lucky if they'll keep their speech to 30 seconds and move off the stage quietly. And we thank them for that. The only disappointment of the night was that none of the many attendees who wore kilts decided to show off their underwear. Next year fellas. Perhaps the best thing to come out of the awards is the discussion for the Restaurant Association to change.
